Best Saunas offers a 15-day return policy on online orders with no restocking fee.
If, for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 15 days of the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in the new/original condition in which received unless returning a damaged item. Merchandise that has been reported as a perfect condition by the customer before return will be charged if the item is received damaged.
A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact online sales at 888-499-8110 to obtain a return authorization. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise verified by a customer representative.
If merchandise is received damaged, please note the damage on delivery paperwork with the delivery person. If merchandise is received damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact the online sales department at 888-499-8110 within 72 hours to report damage and to receive a return authorization.
We do issue sale price adjustments; however, your order must have been placed no more than 10 days before the price change was made. Please have your invoice number ready and contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 499-8110 to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment
All original packing material must be kept for return. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes, and documentation for any return. Best Saunas is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN THE WAREHOUSE BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. The full purchase price will be refunded, less any exchange fees and shipping fees, within 15 days of receipt of the item in our warehouse.
